Lauren Conrad Dip Dyed Hair

I have always been a huge fan of Lauren Conrad's hair style.  So this morning, I was just playing around on the computer when I discovered her 'dip dyed hairstyle'.  I know it might scare some of you guys, because its so bold in color, but that makes this hairstyle just a really fun way to dress up your hair in color.

Tips and Tricks

- Put a towel on your lap, and around you shoulders to prevent any product from getting onto your clothes or skin.

-Keep a baby wipe, or a wet towel with you.

-Keep in mind your using the 3 inches up from the bottom of you hair, and imagine you that part of you hair is section of equally into 3.  Then start with the first color all through you hair, than the darker color just to the bottom of your hair.

What You'll Need

- Kevin Murphy Color Bug
- A Curling Iron/ Waving Iron (works best)
- Your choice of hair product (Leave-in conditioner)

It is also recommended that you keep a wet wipe around, to wash you hands after each color.

1. Start by straightening you hair completely.
2. Spay your choice of any hair product to the strand of hair you gonna star off first.
3. Take a small piece of your hair, and rub the color in your hair.
4. Now for Lauren Conrad's Look, she has 3 color in every strand of hair that was died, so her bleached part, light blue, and dark blue at the very end of the hair.  So to achieve this look get the light blue color and rub it on, then get the darker blue, and rub it only to the bottom 1/3 of your hair.
5. Start off with one color at a time so if you want the light blue, do all the light blue, then wipe you hands, and then apply the dark blue.  Than alternate it with the dark pink, and the light pink.
6. Wave your hair and texture it off.

Now that you've learned how to clean your brushes I hope you go try it out! Good luck and leave a comment on what your favorite brush cleanser is!
XOXO M

Just a heads up, this wasn't originally my idea.  I first found pictures of Lauren Conrad Dip Dyed Hair, than searched in on Youtube, and Fleur De Force kind of taught it, so I got the idea there.  So I hope you guys try it out.
