Up in the gym



We're 9 days into the year 2012, whoop whoop!  And I"m guessing that almost most people resolution is to get fit/lose weight.  But if you are a slacker like me, (shame shame), then your probably just sitting on you bed, and saying, ehh, maybe next, year, but no okay.  We're gonna start today, or this hour, or the minute your done with this blog, because why are you waiting.  Don't wait for the perfect moment, when the week restarts, start on a wednesday or friday, just start!  I gathered a few meaningful quotes, that had even motivated a person like me to get of my butt and start exercising!

1. Monday
25-30 minutes of cardio (rest between if you have to just run it!)


10 pushups
20 dips
30 bicep curls
40 second plank
50 tummy tucks
(plank position, life alternating knees to chest)
40 second plank
30 bicep curls
20 dips
10 pushups



2. Tuesday
rest...




3. Wednesday
25-30 minutes of cardio



4. Thursday
25 minutes of cardio



20 squats
30 lunges
40 toe touches
50 second wall sit
100 lumping jacks
50 second wall sit
40 toe touches
30 lunges
20 squats



5. Friday
25-20 minutes of cardio
fitness friday, oh yeahh



fitness at home
30 jumping jacks
5 pushups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 pushups
10 crunches
5 pushups
7 squats
30 jumpin jacks
1 minute wall sit
5 push ups
25 high knees


repeat 3-5 times for max results




6. Saturday
25-30 minutes of cardio

7. Sunday
sport! biking, tennis, swimming.
just do it!
